Erdaine Knitwear uses an on-demand production strategy which allows them to stay on top of current trends, while also minimizing the risk of over producing. They have an internal quality system that minimizes the number of defective products. They also use plastic-free packaging. Their production facility is located in British Columbia, where 93% of the electricity is generated by hydroelectric sources. All of their products are made in Canada. They use natural fibres like merino-wool, linen, alpaca, cashmere, and pima cotton, which are all renewable and biodegradable.
