Paderno is an iconic Canadian brand that was established in 1979. The brand was owned by Padinox for 38 years before the rights were sold to Canadian Tire in 2017. Canadian Tire sold the manufacturing rights to Meyer Canada, which is part of Meyer International Holdings Ltd., which is a global cookware company based in Hong Kong. Much, but not all of their product lines are made in Canada.
