Loop Mission
LOOP Mission is a circular economy project that aims to reduce food waste by repurposing the outcasts of the food industry. They save fruits and veggies that are rejected because they don’t have the proper shape, size or a shelf life that is not long enough to survive the cycle of distribution. The produce is then transformed into cold pressed juices.

Pilot Coffee Roasters was founded in 2009 with the goal of introducing specialty coffee to Toronto. Pilot built their business around their core values of sourcing ethical, direct trade coffee and building transparency in the process from farm to cup.
